I was trying to explain that we are staying on their property but I guess he doesn’t wanna listen and keep saying NO DOGS allowed at the property!! I asked him where we going then ? And he says I DON’T KNOW!! With a very mean voice again I felt like his KICKING us out not because of the dogs … my husband just call me and say let’s go! We supposed to stay for another day but decided to just go home they really ruined our trip. The manager kept me waiting in the hotel.
It’s sooo humiliating and embarrassing I felt that we are like a criminal like we violently attacked someone!!! Finally one of the personnel talk to us that it was okay and he left we thought that’s the end of it but after about an hour one of the head security personnel approached us again in a mean way told us NO DOGS allowed on the property. Silver Legacy said we paid only for 1 night for 4 rooms did not honor documentation I received from 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and showed them. A female security personnel approached us that we cannot have our dogs in the area and I believe she radioed more security. Come to Reno Nevada after 22 years we arrive at silver legacy with my two 7 lbs 7 lbs dogs with no problem went downstairs to play our favorite games and the harassment start after about an hour.
